Flexible Cancellation Policies
Flexibility is without shadow of a doubt the norm these days,
and at Eurotel Altura it could not be any other way.
In case of cancellation and/or change of dates, we will work closely to find the best solution for both parties, and in case of confirmation deposits and/or prepayment/s, they may be carried over to a future date to be agreed upon.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Throughout the year, with the exception of June, July, August and September;
With no extra costs, as long as they are made 3 days prior to the check-in date;
In case of "no-show" or cancellation with less than 3 days prior to the check-in date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
CONDITIONS . JUNE - JULY - AUGUST - SEPTEMBER
Cancellation with no extra cost, provided it is made up to 14 days prior to check-in date;
In case of "no-show" or cancellation with less than 14 days prior to check-in date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
